Description
Kindly assist to solve this Bug.
Admin User Maintenance > Create new user Admin
Login with new User Admin .
Actual Result : This new user admin cannot Edit, Delete, Just can view .
Expected Result: This admin user consider Administrator user, that means any functionality Administrator user has , new admin users should have as well.

Issue Fixed.
Previously, the user permission was controlled by group mode, but now the group mode is deleted and not being used.
Now, user permission will tied to the group selection, action to view or execute will follows the selected navigation of group.
