Kindly assist on the issue.

RIB throw session expired page.

Step to re-produce:
  1. Click on Mobile Internet Reload
  2. Select Pinless Reload or Pin Based Reload
  3. Select Service Provider and Click Next
  4. Select From Account, Value and Fill in Recipient Mobile Number
  5. Click Next button
  6. Enter TAC and click Confirm button

Current Result:
System throw Session Expired page

Expected Result:
System should go to result page.

System throw Session Expired page is because ePay webservice (URL : http://10.3.3.191:8080/Agrobank_Epay_esb/EPAYReload?wsdl) was down , now is up and should be able to proceed.
