kindly assist to solve the Bug.

Actual Result
system has Customer Name
Expected result
Remove "customer Name column" , Because User Name and Customer Name are same.

Excepted Result
User Nam change to Name for more consistancy whit other modules.

Removed the customer name field. "User Name" changed to "User ID".

It has been successfully tested.
Note: According to Bank request we only have first name and full name and last name in online ticketing.
