According hade’s request please remove ID No filed from Customer Enquiry - Create (maybank Online Stock)

Below are the steps.
  1. Customer Enquiry
  2. Click on “Create” Button.
  3. Select Maybank Online Stock as a application.
  4. Click on Next Button.
