FAILED TO PERFORM BILL PAYMENT TRANSACTION AT INSTANCE 7310. PROMPTED “ERROR WHILE PERFORMING YOUR REQUEST PAGE” AFTER CLICKED CONFIRM BUTTON. TESTED AT INSTANCE 7210, 7410 & 7510 ALL WORKING FINE.

Copy Consumer/BIB from instance 7210 to 7310. After restart the application server, this issue has been resolved.
