Announcement - Maker had used different title but the error still persist.
Root Cause: column NOTICE_ABSTRACT and NOTICE_DESCRIPTION in IB_NOTICE_INFO are not NULLABLE, yet its value are not set. Hence it throws exception.
Solution: set NOTICE_ABSTRACT and NOTICE_DESCRIPTION as NULLABLE.
Payee - CELCOM
Fixed, refer to Bug #3622.
IT Security – approve password reset
Tested successfully, cannot reproduce the issue.

Step to re-produce:- Click on IBAM>Content>Notices>RIB>Announcement
- Click on Create Content
- Field up all required fields
- Click on Update button
Current Result:
On result page, the step display as Step 1 of 1
Expected Result:
The step should display as Step 2 of 2
