Click on Customer Enquiry
Click on Search Button.
Click on any User ID hyperlink for example "A000655704".
Click on Change Authentication Mode.
Click on Confirm

By Checker:
user ID:penrilChecker
password:124Maybank

Click on Cutomer Authorization
CLikc on Approve

By Super Admin ID: casadmin
password: Maybank123

CLick on Audit Log
Click on Authoriza Change User Authentication Mode that approve by checker.

Actual result:
Application Access didnt report and has question mark

Expected result:
system must transfer data correctly .
