Click on Search Button.
Click on any User ID hyperlink .
Click on Send Email.
Click on Confirm.
By Checker:

- Click on Cutomer Authorization
- CLikc on Approve

CLick on Audit Log
Click on Authorize send email notification that approve by checker.
Actual result:
Application Access didnt report and has question mark
Expected result:
system must transfer data correctly .

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Internal Testing
Set the field to display "-" instead of "?" when there is no value. Please retest.
