Description
Customer is not receiving PW via SMS
MGCC has reset password on 14.11.2013 and 15.11.2013. Under Audit Log- Listing only shows 14.11.2013. No details for 15.11.2013. Please refer attachment and revert. For temporary solution we will pingen password.
