Hi Kartono,
Kindly assist on the issue.
- Details in IBAM>BIB Transaction Enquiry not displayed after approver approved the transaction in BIB. (Refer attachment for more details.)Thanks.
- Login to BIB as initiator
- Click on New IBG transfer
- Input the required fields,Recipient's Reference and Other Payment Details field
- Transaction pending for approval.
- Check in IBAM>BIB Transaction Enquiry,Recipient's Reference and Other Payment Details showing on the screen
- Login as approver
- Approve the transaction that just make by initiator
- Login to IBAM
- Check in IBAM>BIB Transaction Enquiry,Recipient's Reference and Other Payment Details not showing on the screen

Hi Kak Liza,
Root Cause: Missing details are re-log as null in checker module.
Solution : Set expected value to details instead of null while re-log IBG transfer.
Kindly retest it. Thank you.
