Kindly assist to solve this bug.

- Click on Admin
- Click on Customer Enquiry Configuration.
- Select "Hong kong" as a provider.
- Click on Edit Button .
- # Click on Confirm Button
Error one: In Confirm Page there is just one check box .
Error two: After clicking Confirm system shows Error500

Cause: Provider "Hong Kong" is misspelled as "HONGKONG" (without space) in the table storing the customer enquiry configuration in the database, as a result it shows only one checkbox in confirm page.
Solution: Rename "HONGKONG" to "Hong Kong" in the database.
