Description
DIGI is implementing new billing system for both postpaid and prepaid product. Changes to be done at KFH Bill payment at CIB & BIB to cater for the DIGI billing system.
1. Bill account number will be restrict to 13 character length with no dot (.) in between. Previously the dot (.) was allowed.
2. Mobile number should be key in with prefix 6 (country code). Eg. 60125326884. The maximum length is 12.

Digi new file format has been successfully deployed in production on 11 Sept 2014. Any issue reported with regards to this will be open in other redmine ID.
