Description

kindly assist to solve this bug

  1. Click on Admin Group Maintenance.
  2. Click on Create Group.
  3. Key in Group Name.
  4. Select Provider.
  5. Tick Group Access except View for Admin Authorization, Edit for Customer Authorization , and None of the Items for Maintenance.
  6. Click Confirm Button.

Actual Result:
System doesnt show Mainteance , and view for Customer Authorization , Edit for Admin Authorization .

Excepted result:
System must transfer data correctly .

Note : I have provided all screen shot for step one and step two.

Hi Elham,

Please be informed that this is not a bug. For the summary of creating group, only the selected will be shown. Hence, maintenance is not shown in the summary (second page.png) because it is not selected in the creation page (see first page.png). For Customer Authorization, since only "View" is checked, so the summary page shows only "View" and "Edit" Customer Authorization function is not granted to the group.

Thirdly, Admin Authorization. It is not shown in summary because only edit is selected. Edit must be selected along with view, because you can't edit if you cannot view (access) the function. The system does not grant access to Admin Authorization, so it is not shown in summary.
