Description of problem: SGCEHINTL2D and SGCEHINTL3D has got the attached error message upon login today. However, according to the attached audit log screenshots, the user IDs were activated on 08.10.2013. Last login on 17.10.2013 (SGCEHINTL2D) and 16.10.2013 (SGCEHINTL3D) respectively. Please check why their user IDs are now Dormant when it is still within the 60 days period.
