kindly assist to solve this bug

  1. Click on Admin User Maintenacne
  2. key in Special character "##" in User ID
  3. Click on Search Button.

  4. Error: System shows a White screen .

Hi Elham, kindly retest.

Cause: Problem in user enquiry action class. It returns 'null' when non-alphanumeric character is entered and is redirected to a blank page.

Solution: Fix the action class to return the correct value instead of null.
