#" in User ID - Click on Search Button.
Error: System shows a White screen .

Hi Elham, kindly retest.
Cause: Problem in user enquiry action class. It returns 'null' when non-alphanumeric character is entered and is redirected to a blank page.
Solution: Fix the action class to return the correct value instead of null.
