(This is only for recording purpose, the issue has been fixed on 7th December 2013, which is before this task is created)
Dear Penril Support,
We required VERY URGENT Support your end. Our Exadata (DB) for eCustody has issue and we are reverting to backup. There is changes in IPs and we required your technical support to change setting for Appl pointing to the new DB connection.
We have tried to call Zayani / Vincent but No answer.
Really need someone to support. Pls get them to contact 012 3149606.
