Description

System shows the question mark in Audit log for contact ifo , this bug solved before please check if you deployed old version try to deploy new one and if there is any other issue please fix it . thanks.

  1. Click on Maintenance.
  2. Select Provider
  3. Click on Search.
  4. Click on Edit.
  5. Click on Confirm.

By Checker try to Approve it .
Click on Audit Log and try to find last transaction you did.

Actual result :
there are question marks for Provider and call No1 Call No2, Email .

Expected result .
system shouldnt show question marks.

The question marks were removed from the summary. Please retest.

Im not able to find the transaction in Audit log list . please fix this bug.

Hi Elham, please retest. The change of contact info can now be seen in audit log.
