Dear Penril,
Yesterday M2U Cambodia and M2U PnG hits error 'Invalid Username and Password'.
We can see the JDBC (JDBC Data source RIB) connection hits error during the 'Test Connection'. Check with DBA team, database is all ok.
We restart the weblogic for both countries and everything back to normal.
Need advise what's the cause of this error and how to prevent it doesn't happen again.
I attached the log files for your reference.
