Hi Gabby/Penril Support,
Can you assist to check why the id not appear at pin mailer system. Attached details for the user impacted.

Already replied to fauzan to follow as per suggested:
1. For this case e_autosend_indi has been set to batch. Need to change the value to P. To achieve this, admin must approve all the batch authorisation inside CAS System, in order to send them to PIN Mailer.
2. OR go to customer enquiry > change notification mode > Batch Pin Mailer/letter. System will change the value to P (Don’t get confused with the word ‘batch’)
3. Other way is simply create a new user with the option Pin Mailer (P) chosen, instead of B (Batch).
