Internet Banking Inquiry

1. To add new Sub Navigation under Account and Banking module for Ar Rahnu product in order to allow customer to select when they want to enquire Ar Rahnu account balances
2. Add new logic (integration) to pull the information real time from Microlink via direct web service message format and information to be display are:
• Principal Balance outstanding
• Safekeeping Fees outstanding
• Other cost outstanding

Notes: Microlink will return the above information otherwise to return as customer not found and to display “Account not available”

Internet Banking Payment - refer attached propose Ar Rahnu payment process flow.

1. To add Ar Rahnu account under Own Account Transfer “To Account” dropdown list in order to allow customer to make loan payment for Ar Rahnu.

Notes:
To Account, for the transaction will be checking through Microlink whereby if Microlink return good response, then it’s allow doing the transaction regardless the account status.
Depends to the readiness of integration between Silverlake and Middleware
