Kindly fix below issue:
Step to re-produce:
1. Login as approver
2. Click on Authorization side navigation
3. Tick om Approve radio button
System shows: "???en.general.default???

Unable to reproduce the issue. Tested successfully with both Single User and Multiple User on:
- New 3rd Party Transfer
- New IBG
- Favourite IBG
Based on given log. After token verification, Upass throw error code 114.

Root cause:
ERROR common.error.exception.IBBusinessException: [114] null
error not mapped
Fix:
added key general.default to display Service is currently unavailable
as a general error message

This general error message will be display if there is issue related to Upass or webservice etc. It will be an intermittent issue whereby when User facing this problem, they will need to re-perform again the transaction.
Send to user for SIT/UAT sign-off.
