Pending > Before & After State display only After State
Approval > Before & After State display only After State
User Transaction Log > Before & After State display only After State
2. System display "Service is currently unavailable." at TAC Config after checker approved a transaction

Hi Ayu,
For case 1,
Actually I can reproduce the issue.
But, previously the checking for pending approval is not function, thus, u can edit as many times as you can, and i think this cause the before state not function. Now the function for checking pending is ok, hope to solve this issue.
For case 2 & 3 , previously get the updated by user name from IB_CUST_PROFILE, but it was wrong, thus, now getting the user name from ADMIN_CUST_PROFILE, and the issues solved.
Kindly retest. TQ
