3 tranx di bawah unsuccessful di IB tetapi successful di Host & epay.
Refer pada middleware : response out to IB - 00 (successful).
Host reason error di IBAM : Empty Bean Response - Read Timeout

Finding:
Referring to email sent by Ruzaimah, Root cause is because users' customer name has special character (@) which is rendered to invalid character (§). IB has time out while it attempt to parse middleware response with invalid character.
Solution:
Referring to email sent by Ruzaimah, Solution will be provided by middleware-site. They will render invalid character to valid character acceptable by IB.
Conclusion:
Solution deployed to UAT by middleware. Tested successfully and ready to deploy to Production by middleware.

Mohon close. Isu ini telah resoved.
Root cause : Transaksi terlibat adalah yang mempunyai '@' pada nama customer di HOST.
Pembetulan : Migration hanya di middleware pada 26/12/2013 dan tiada perubahan di IB application.
