Description
Seek your assistance on this issue as RFI Crediting for W2 was
unsuccessful. Total 40 transactions but only 2 transactions have been
credited successfully remaining 38 trx still having status "New". Please
find attached the details of the 40 transactions which retrieved from CORUS
RFI for your reference.
Please advise as we need to perform crediting for W2 by today and fyi the
next RFI Crediting for W3 will be at 2pm.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
We found out that there are invalid data in RFI Nacha file (window 2).
The Process Code for these transactions are "5", which mean required ID validation. But the provided IDs were "0".
Due to this, system unable to proceed with the validation process.
We advise them to rejected the transactions and do crediting process manually
