Hi VB team,
Kindly need your help for this matter.
Account locked.
Below are the customer details :
-Company Name : PENRIL DATABILITY (S.E.A) SDN. BHD.
-Business Registration No/CIF : 384550U
-User Name : penrildbsb
-Role : Corporate Administrator
-User Status : LOCKED
-Reason of Account Locked : -
However,
Kindly be informed that we are unable to send sms pin to customer.
As customer account has been unlocked, customer proceed to do reset password.
When agent click on send SMS Pin, click generate PIN, error message appeared.

Root Cause:
null value is DB column
Table: TB_AM_TAC
Column: T_TAC_EXPIRE
Fix:
Update DB set T_TAC_EXPIRE to false

Hi Kay Yan, why null value can be insert to the column?

When we create the column, it is null value as we did not insert any value.
The null value is during creation of the column.
