Fix the validation for favorite interbank online. To make it the same as new interbank online. Previously we missed to make the changes in favorite page.

Pak Adit is testing it in UAT but having problem accessing it. He said please move this fix to production. I'm waiting for Pak Wahyu to come back to office, he's on leave.

Pak Adit has done testing in production, the validation already correct. However, result page still hit error 51 (from ESB). Anyway this case is considered closed.

Error 51 happened due to insufficient fund on account.
Important notes:
- Normal ca/sa account must have minimum balance of IDR 50K
- Employee's ca/sa account must have minimum balance of IDR 5K
- Interbank online will have additional of IDR 5K per transfer
Case is closed.
