The issue happened when developer doing 'hot code' change in the server. There is foreign character inserted (") after html:EL property maxlength=20. causing parsing error to jsp. Already fixed this directly to server. As the changes in mercurial is already correct, the actual change is not yet deployed to prod server via WAR file.
