Description
BBO Checker unable to approve task under (User Status and Token - Bind Token).
From our checking from RCAS TB_AM_USER we find out id was duplicate.
This problem similar to issue Unable to approve Bind Token-time 4:40pm/MYTEXCHE/SD47173
