Description
List of task:
- Change the file name format to PCE_BIIyyMMdd.txt, whereby:
yyMMdd is customised in Appconfig, in a way that IF it's chosen an custom date (Y) then it will take yyMMdd from AppConfig. If it's chosen as non-custom date, then it takes yyMMdd from current system date.
- To fix EJB not running in websphere
- update commons codec libary to 1.8
- UAT test
