Dear Support,
Customer unable to perform Change Password in Profile Management, error prompt ‘Password Expired’.
Kindly please advise. Please find log file at \\10.6.6.20\Production_logs\logs\IBAPPSVR1\rib.

Root Cause:
Config setting in TB_AM_CONFIG (DB)
P_EXPIRY_DAY is set to 31 (RIB) and 30 (BIB) based on UAT env
Note: Production setting may be different
If value is set in P_EXPIRY_DAY, the system will check for password expiry.
Eg. RIB is set to 31 days, the system will check RIB users password generated date
and add 31 days to the current generated date. If exceeds, "Password expired" error message is shown.
Fix:
update DB
-setting to be 0 (no expiry)
-user password expire status to be false
-user password expire date to be null
