Nasabah migrasi dan belum financial waktu migrasi ditanyakan no HP-nya dan berubah menjadi financial
Hal ini bisa menyebabkan orang yang dapat user id dan password nasabah bisa di migrasikan dan input no hp yang berbeda
Mohon di fix
A non financial customer is asked for a Hand Phone number when migrating suddenly becoming a financial customer.
This issue will allow a stranger who get the id and password from a customer can be migrated to the system by inputting a different phone number.
Please do a fix for this.

Fixed.
ATM = non trnx, based on db
Migration user: if access type = FULLACCESS mean trnx, else non trnx.
jetsweb = based on db
