However, according to Gabby this issue is not related with out application, since the URL shown is https://www.bankbii.com/ instead of https://www.bankbii.com/common/Login.do

This issue happens intermittantly whereby F5 does special character validation before m2u does. Pak Haryono already followed up this with IT team. this item will be closed. No changes at m2u.
