User unable to bind token unable to approve task.

USER ID : SGRGE32A, SGRGE33A, SGRGE34A
After checking with RCAS, we findout this id duplicate 3 times.
This issue similar to : SUPER URGENT! !!! 20140122/Prod/RCMS/SG/Error/SGRGE/BBO Checker unable to approve task under User Status and Token - Bind Token/00H8PLQC2
From the last update Penril will provide the fix.
