The status reflected was "Unsuccessful" for the below bill pmt trx performed on 17.2.14 where else according to e-Pay they actually response successful to us within 5 sec (Refer to font in red). Similar problems occurred quite often. For the month of Feb2014, there were total 4 cases already for both bill pmt & prepaid reload.
