Hi Support,
We are having problem when doing shipping at BVMC. When clicking on the 'Shipping' side menu, it goes to the error page and it shows following error:
10:24:47,306 ERROR [STDERR] [Fatal Error] :2:54: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

Please send me in zip the order.xml files in $BV1TO1_VAR/appConfig/bv_framework/stg_svc/orders/*/order.xml for investigation.

The problem is in ORDER_0029. The instructions.xml file contains the following:
<category id="2" oid="-11393" ctype="301" service="kfhmb"
full-path="/IBCorporate/Standing<br> Instructions" />
You can edit the file to add the escape it, or just remove the <br>
