Description
Case # 78: Fav SKN RTGS:Transaksi diretur karena "Nama Penerima" salah.
Root Cause:
- Kesalahan requirement yang berdampak salahnya mapping. M2U ‘beneficiary name’ dimap ke IBS 3rdPartyList ‘Nickname’.
Impact:
- Semua migrasi sebelum tanggal 20 Februari malam (next production cutover) pasti akan salah.
Solution:
- Penril sudah melakukan patch dan sudah masuk produksi per tanggal 20 Februari malam.
- Tim BII sudah membantu untuk memperbaiki data user yang sudah migrasi via database level.
- Perlu melakukan perbaikan dengan cara yang sama untuk user: budiwangibii.
