Description
BBO cannot manage to bind token to reset password for id MYFLYFLY2D.
From cas.log we find out error was 6. (user id not exist)
In RCAS DB we cannot find id MYFLYFLY2D in table tb_am_user_ext.

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Closed - End of life cycle
Due to creation failed, the user details not successful store in rcas db. provided script to update the user to dummy and request bbo to recreate the user back
