Current system: SKN/RTGS page will be shown as offline, if they're accessed outside operation hour.
Expected result: SKN/RTGS page shall always be online, if exceeds backend operation hour it shall:
- Show : Your transaction exceeds operation hour, please use Standing Instruction Feature.
- If operation hour does not set properly at MSS. ESB shall filter it and throw error message at result page.

Dear Chee Ping, can you assist on Pak Ferry's request below?
I have done it partially whereby, transaction outside operation hour will throw error message to ask user to choose Future Date. However Pak Ferry requested to have more slight changes which involving javascript:
1. User Login dan access Menu SKN-RTGS (open & favorite transfer)
2. After 02.20PM, if radio button is defaulted to "Immediate" then system shall automatically check the radio button to "Pay Later".
3. Transfer Now option shall be greyed-out (unable to click)
Affected module: SKN/RTGS & FCR Only
Setting: MSS > RIB Navigation

Already convince Pak Ferry to follow my approach temporarily:
- To show validation error when Immediate Transfer is chosen during Off Hour.
Although this request seems not critical, due to lack of handling SKN/RTGS operating hour both in ESB and M2U, it causes imbalance of Bank's Daily Financial Report. Another side, this SKN/RTGS could not be turned off, because bank's revenue are mostly taken from this transaction.
This item was already in SIT since 14th March 2014, but Bank's higher management refused to installed it in Production (yesterday).

Dear Alwi,
Please assist to do this CR. This is considered urgent because it has caused Financial Report Imbalance at back office journal. I have done partial changes by adding error message, however Pak Ferry would like to have this feature added as well:
1. After 02.20PM, if radio button is defaulted to "Immediate" then system shall automatically check the radio button to "Pay Later".
2. Transfer Now option shall be greyed-out (unable to click)
- It must only affect SKN/RTGS module, not others.
- Start/end time can be customised from RIB Navigation, both open and favourite.

Alwi,
if possible, kindly test and close this item (deploy to SIT) by today. And also check if the "operation is start/end" (disable/enable flag) in MSS is functioning and reflected to RIB properly. Make sure other services like FCR, own account, within BII, Bill Payment are not affected.

Based on issue reported via phone on 16th April 2014:
- Operation Hour is set as Disable in MSS, but in RIB it prompts “transaction exceeds cut-off” hour.
Expected result:
- When Operation Hour is set as Disable, customer shall be allowed to perform transaction 24/7 (ignore the operation hour).
This item has been fixed by Alwi and deployed by Gabby to SIT on 17th April 2014 ~5PM. I have sent the email for this issue to Pak Wahyu, in order for the Bank IT team to perform the test in SIT.
