Please attend below customer query:

there is discrepancies client holding portfolio under the sub account of Bank Commonwealth and also a repetiotion of one holding balance, the number of client holding balance must be a sum of portfolio which keep by the client instead of the number of transaction (please see the attachment)

  • Already investigate this issue in Prod Env.
  • Already investigate this issue, check the results after a batch scheduler and a file share holding in a database table for sub acc eCustody BII01CPC0213016 which has 3 portfolios, one of them is FR58 500 had been updated in a batch file and database eCustody scheduler. Attached screen shotnya results.
  • Already check by user for sub acc eCustody BII01CPC0213016 which has 3 portfolios, one of them is FR58 500 now can show in searching module share availability but still need check by user for repitition data in pdf file share holding.

Dear Zahir,

This issue already fixed in eCustody side, we have found the root cause this issue. The root cause issue is in batch loader no have mapping for creation date so that make creation date in table share holding is null and make repetition data in report ecustody table share holding. Also this issue already retest in SIT Env on 19 August and in UAT Env on 20 August according subject email Re: [Request ID :##2085##] : discrepancies of client holding position and repetition on the same holding balance.

Now, pak liebi is preparing for all document sign off SIT and UAT for deployment to Prod Env.

Hi Bang Ateh,

This issue already deploy to Prod Env and already retest with checking repetition in database table Share_Holding. The result this issue not exist anymore in database table Share_Holding (attach screen shot). This issue can closed now.
