Changing FI coding from C++ to Java to communicate with Clarity (back-end) through socket.

- Found messages and process follow from M2U to C++ coding
- Transaction goes through BV1TO1 config to access C++, but Inquiry uses provided BV methods, most of which the source coding is not provided thus the output message generated which is sent to Clarity is unknown. Only the header files are given which only contain declarations and initializations,

- Working on compiling C coding to ease development and understanding of messages being generated
- Login message (request and respond) are LogonRequest LogonResponse. Used by mbb_session.cc
- Attached basic flow diagram of current M2U, please inform me for corrections/updates
