In MSS cannot unlock user even the message says 'successful'

Findings:
when saving remove pending transaction. it is getting adminUserProfile bean from database which is obsolete (bean is taken BEFORE updating adminUserProfile).
Resolution:
when saving remove pending transaction, system gets adminUserProfile bean from database which is taken AFTER updating adminUserProfile).

Finished development on 20th March 2014. Fix at checker maker process. Finding and resolution as above.
