Minta tolong dicek untuk case berikut, di whp payment yang diturunkan M2U datanya tidak valid. Seharusnya datanya adalah nomor pelanggan, tetapi isinya seperti nama.

Chee Ping, need your help to look into this issue:
Issue:
Id Pelanggan (Customer Subscriber No) in Biller Reconciliation Report contains Customer Name.
Expected Result:
Id Pelanggan (Customer Subscriber No) shall reflects the Customer Subscriber No / Credit Card No. / similar.
Possible Root Cause:
- Customer Enters alphabet on the subscriber no.
- Report is unable to get the subscriber no, so maybe the next field moved to the left of the column.
Possible Solution:
- Only allow numeric. But this is not suggested, because some billers might need alphabets as well.

Can you confirm with bank, whether the customer fill in customer name in field subscribe id? You may check the database data to confirm.

Dear Alwi,
Kindly change the validation from alphanumeric to numeric only without space. The menu is in:
Bill Payment - One Time Bill Payment (Offline Biller)
Favorite Bill Payment - One Time Bill Payment (Offline Biller)
This changes shall not affect: BII CC Payment, Postpaid & Utility. Unless user is requested so.
