terkait dengan transaksi valas dimana saat nasabah menggunakan fitur tansaksi favorite selalu muncul message “session expired”, dan sesuai konfirmasi Team M2U untuk melakukannya menggunakan fitur secar manual namun terdapat kendala adanya pembatasan jumlah karakter pada field nama dan alamat, dan saat disarankan untuk mendaftarkan kembali transaksinya di menu favorite nasabah juga masih mengalami kesulitan karena message yang diterima tetap sama yaitu “session expired”.

regarding "session expired" message that comes out when customer using Favourite Transfer in Foreign Currency.
It is also confirmed by M2U team that when transfer manually (without favourite) there is a limitation in character limit on Name Field and Address Field.
in current M2U system, Name Field is only limited to 15 characters, whereby mostly customers complain that they need more than 20 characters for it.

Details of fix:
Increase the length of Beneficiary name text box from 15 to 35.
set MT103SW592 to maximum 35 cahrs.

Result of internal testing as attached. Need to increase the TO ACCOUNT column in IB_TRANSACTION_HISTORY as well.

SQL Query to increase the column length as attached. Already deployed to SIT and informed Pak Wahyu on 25th March 2014 4:09 PM.
