Please attend below user query:

Customer having problem to make loan payment Agrobank.

Before this, customer usually use 'AGRONet- own account transfer' for loan payment.

However today, loan account not appear in drop down list  'to account'

Root Cause: Host made changes in file format for MB86868 (Loan Inquiry program).
Solution: Update Host integration.

Deployed and tested but unable to perform payment to loan account.

Hi Kartono,

I have tested on the issue and here the feedback. Kindly assist to fix on the FAILED issue.

RIB
  1. Able to view the Loan Account listing in the Account and Banking summary - PASSED
  2. Able to view the details of the Loan Account - PASSED
  3. Able to view the Loan Account in the Own Account Transfer>To Account dropdown list - PASSED
  4. Unable to make successful transaction due to Host return TRANS. > PAYOFF [015]. (Pending on feedback from IT and Host)
BIB
  1. Able to view the Loan Account listing in the Account and Banking summary - PASSED
  2. Able to view the details of the Loan Account - PASSED
  3. Unable to view the Loan Account in the Own Account Transfer>To Account dropdown list - FAILED
  4. Unable to make an Own Account Transfer due unable to view the Loan Account listing in the dropdown list - FAILED
  5. At homepage, Click on More button – system logged out the user and throw System is currently unavailable - FAILED

Hi Kak Haida,

Issue has been tested and passed. Currently,as per confirmed with Kak Ruzaimah and Kak Halimah, for BIB, customer are not allowed to do the Own Account Transfer to Own Loan Account and 3rd Party Account Transfer to 3rd Party Loan Account. This CR will be raised together with the Loan Repayment CR which is to allowed BIB customer make payment to Loan Account using Own Account Transfer and 3rd Party Account transfer.

The test result for this issue will attached in the Alfresco for you review and further actions.
