This happened due to same mistake done during development. Originally I asked Wei Kuan to fix the error jquery/jpeg cant be found inside RIB log. Turns out by commenting the jpeg, causing the box becomes transparent. Already deployed to PROD on 27th March 2014 via Pak Wahyu assistance by replacing 2 CSS files. We do not tell the real issue to customer because this one can be sensitive. Thus I asked Pak Ferry to clear cache and retest in different browser.
