Description
Tolong bantu cek, user dibawah ini tidak dapat transaksi mobile top-up dan transfer.
Customer complain:
When I do mobile reload..then simpati...then TAC required...then it says "sessions expired".....so I cannot pay and top up my card
Error message : session time out (setelah input TAC)

Dear Chee Ping,
Kindly look into this issue. Is it possible to scan the code without seeing the log? This issue is similar to reported case #4145.

Gabby, i am not able to do anything without the log file, because got many exception will show session time out. Could you help me get the log file from bank?
