Done what i can fix for now. Just fixed the country code did not store in database when add favourite FCY account. Not sure this is the root cause for this problem. Furthermore the line of exception show in the log not match with the code in mercurial.

if null pointer for toCurrencyIB, it should throw exception in line 372, not 374. For this situation, we need to know which version have been deployed to production that have this problem.

Checked with gabby. Line 374 as below:
if ((toCurrencyIB.getHostCurrencyCode().equals("039")) && (!toCountryISOAlpha2.equalsIgnoreCase("ID")) && (!toCountryISOAlpha2.equals("US")))
The root cause should be toCountryISOAlpha2 = null. This is what i fixed. But we cannot simulate in local, SIT or UAT, because toCountryISOAlpha2 is empty String in local, SIT or UAT.
Assign to Gabby for internal testing.
