Error Code 46: User ID Has Been Assigned To Another Token
This is the issue cause by timeout from websphere.
The same request to AppServ 01 was timeout and same request was resend to AppServ 02.
Token was successfully bind with user during request to AppServ 01.
Because of timeout in AppServ 01, the application returned response from request to AppServ 02.
