Please be informed that the above error had been resolved on Monday.
Root Cause -
Wrong ip address provided for GFS to IBG/Core
http://kfhib18:4242/IBGWS/services/IBGGFS
Corrective active -
Change to the correct IP address at GFS web.config as per below :-
http://10.20.208.9:4242/IBGWS/services/IBGGFS
The user has tested and verified OK on the changed.
