Already performed investigation. This issue happened due to System Error.
Root Cause:
- Method to get IbUserSecurity and IbCustProfile always return null because system pass parameter userId that always 0L.
Fixes:
- Change the method get IbCustProfile based on UserAccessNo
- Assign the userId from ibCustProfile.getUserId()
